Getting Started

To participate in myDarwin, you must first create an account.

Create Your Account

1. Select Sign Up on the myDarwin website.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Create a password.
4. Enter your mobile number.
5. Enter your postcode.
6. Enter your age ground.
7. Submit your registration.

You will then be asked to verify your mobile number.

Verify Your Mobile Number

A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your nominated mobile number.

To Verify Your Account

1. Enter the OTP provided by SMS.
2. Select Verify.
3. Wait for confirmation.

Once verification has been completed, you can access your myDarwin dashboard.

Why Verification Is Required

Mobile verification helps:

• Protect the integrity of the platform

The Dashboard is your central location for managing your myDarwin account.

Depending on the active program, the dashboard may display:

The Discover section helps you explore participating businesses.

You can:

• Browse participating businesses
• Search by category
• View business information
• View trading hours

Participating businesses and categories may vary depending on the active program.

The My Vouchers section displays vouchers currently available to your account.

Voucher availability may vary based on:

• Program eligibility requirements
• Program settings
• Funding availability
• Participation limits
• Campaign rules

Current voucher information will always be available within the platform.

Using a Voucher

Redeeming a Voucher

When making a purchase with a participating business:

1. Open My Vouchers.
2. Select the voucher you wish to use.
3. Present the voucher to the participating business.
4. Allow the business to validate the voucher.
5. Complete your purchase.

The participating business will process the voucher through the Business Portal.

Important

• Vouchers can only be redeemed with participating businesses.
• Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase.
• Voucher conditions may vary between programs.
• Additional program-specific requirements may apply.

Voucher Statuses

Your vouchers may display different statuses.

• Available - the voucher is available and can be redeemed with a participating business.
• Redeemed - the voucher has been successfully used.

Additional statuses may be displayed depending on the active program.

The Transaction History section allows you to review your participation in myDarwin programs.

Information may include:

• Voucher usage
• Redemption dates
• Participating businesses
• Program activity

Your account history allows you to keep track of previous voucher use.

myDarwin supports a range of different programs and campaigns.

Program settings may vary and can include:

• Eligibility requirements

• Minimum spend requirements
